Terms of Service for Drift Explorer 

Welcome to Drift Explorer terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

2. You may not use our services for any illegal activities.

3. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services at any time.

4. You may not copy or redistribute any content found on our website without written consent.

5. We are not responsible for any damages incurred while using our services which are noted in the  assumption of risk agreement.

6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

7. All rentals require a safety and introduction on the equipment
8. We ask all rentals require the use of PFDs  or life vests (provided with rental)
9. All people renting with Drift Explorer will need to read  sign or rental agreement and our rental assumption of risk agreement
10. No GLASS bottles please while using our equipment 
11. Intentional damage or loss to our equipment will be billed to your card on file.
